We like Nautilus machines and we like the Nautilus Hyosung extended warranty. No other ATM manufacturer offers an extended warranty. From Hantle we sell the MB1700w and MBc4000 machines. Machines are designed to work primarily with an analog phone line. A true analog line is getting very hard to find these days because of digital. In the last year or two we have seen a number of machines not work correctly with some of today's phone systems as they get upgraded. We have become experts at troubleshooting phone line and communication errors. If access to a clean analog line is not available, extra noise or digital interference can disrupt communications and prevent the machine from completing a transaction. It's ok for voice transmissions, not so good for data transmissions. Best solution when encountering phone line errors? Wireless modem box. It bypasses all phone lines, in fact, get rid of your phone line and go wireless! The box is around $350, but the service is less than the yearly cost of a phone line. The best part: no ATM transmission errors!

A brief overview: Machine ownership
After we send you an invoice with final pricing, send payment and return required documents for ownership. We will coordinate shipping. When you receive your machine from the shipping company, a tech can be arranged to install it and train you on how to use the machine. It is recommended to have a tech install your machine and train you if you have never owned a machine before.

To install, holes must be drilled for mounting the base of the unit to the floor. Preferably into solid concrete. You will need a hammer drill for this. After bolt down and leveling the machine, the installer will activate and program it. Note: If the machine is not level, the door will not close easily. After installation the tech will train you to open the safe, replace money, batch out, reset the bill counter, and run important reports. Owning and maintaining an ATM machine is actually very easy.
