If the ATM you choose has a shipping charge, we will try and get you a quote in a matter of minutes. The most popular way to pay for an ATM is by personal check, money order, or wire transfer. Other methods are available. If you would like to get an ATM through a lease to own plan, we will draw up the paper work and work with the lease company to get the you the lowest payment, or the fastest payoff, whichever you prefer.

If you require someone to install the machine, we can arrange that for you. We can find ATM techs nationwide to service your machine. You can pay the ATM tech directly, or on the job site if you prefer.

A new regulation for 2006 stems from the Patriot Act. If someone has a felony on their record, they cannot operate an ATM in the USA. A background check must now be run by processing networks to make sure the law is followed. If someone thinks they may not pass a background check, maybe a spouse or business partner can. A person with a felony cannot load money into the machine, or perform administrative duties inside the machine due to new nationwide regulations.

Before or after calling us, the prospective ATM owner should locate the spot where the ATM will be installed. It should have an AC outlet very close. Some Tidel machines require a hard wire AC hookup, because they don't have an AC plug. Most ATMs however plug into ordinary 110 AC circuit outlets. Also, a basic phone line will need to be close to the machine. Preferably a dedicated phone line, meaning nothing else shares the line. It doesn't need long distance service, just the ability to make a 1-800 toll free call. The phone line plugs into the machines modem.

The machine when installed must conform to ADA, disability guidelines. Simply put, if a wheelchair user cannot face the ATM, the ATM should be relocated. At wheelchair height, if a person can use the ATM normally, without difficulty in seeing the screen and keypad, and reaching them, it probably is within guidelines. Stand up ATMs are already manufactured within the guidelines of the ADA. In-the-wall machines need to be installed to the ADA guidelines.

Machines ship when paid for. Tranax machines ship in about two days. An order is placed with the factory and is processed and ready to ship in 48 hours. Tranax can be programmed at the factory saving installation charges.

WRG machines have a production list that you must get on. We place the order and when the machine is paid for, the name is placed on the list and will be manufactured according to factory purchase order. WRG encounters heavy production time throughout the year because of the great demand for their low cost machines. A waiting list of about 50 names takes a week.

Most ATMs ship direct from the factory to the customer which saves on double shipping charges. Most ATM manufacturers do not make a surplus of machines anymore. They are made to according factory purchase orders. As such, they tend to run slightly behind, not ahead.
